As a dedicated therapist and founder of Mental Shift Wellness, I am committed to helping individuals recognize and achieve their aspirations to lead the lives they truly desire. My priority is to create a secure, trusting, and welcoming environment where clients can feel supported and empowered.

Together, we will explore, identify, and accomplish your personal therapy goals. I firmly believe that every client possesses unique expertise, strengths, and capacities. My mission is to help you discover, nurture, and leverage these qualities to achieve your objectives.

My approach to therapy is client-focused and adaptable, utilizing a combination of cognitive-emotional development strategies, psychodynamic techniques, and strengths-based methodologies. These approaches address a variety of concerns, including behavioral and impulsivity issues, anger management, symptoms of depression and anxiety, self-esteem challenges, and more. Together, we will create a personalized framework to enhance various aspects of your life.

I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Maryland School of Social Work. With an extensive background working with a variety of individuals across diverse clinical therapeutic settings I am well-equipped to collaboratively explore, develop, and harness your individual strengths and abilities. By doing so, we can uncover innovative and effective strategies to tackle challenging situations and ultimately elevate the quality of your life.

Outside of my professional life, I enjoy reading, spending time outdoors, working out, meditating, comedy, and connecting with family and friends. I look forward to joining you on your journey toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.
